Additional Certification Announcement: Menopause Coaching Specialist

Hello friends,

I'm very proud to share that I have completed the newest Certification to add to my coaching tool belt: I am now a GGS-Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist!

As a NASM - Certified Personal Trainer, I must continue to stay relevant with continued education, and further develop the skills to help support and guide YOU, during all phases of your life.

It is important to pay attention to the education and credentials of people you may follow and take advice from in the wellness industry. In today's social media age, literally anyone and everyone can influence important health topics using social media, without having proper training or knowledge behind their posts. Pay attention to those you follow, and seek out sources with validity.

As a recap, here are my current standing credentials you should be aware of to feel confident in me as a trusted source in your wellness journey:

More and more women view midlife as an opportunity to pursue new goals, adventures, relationships, and ways of life. I'm excited to continue to help women by providing trust, guidance, and confidence to take on these opportunities, and lifestyle choices to support our unique bodies.

There are several lifestyle factors you can, and should, focus on to help manage midlife symptoms:

  • Heart health
  • Mind & brain health
  • Emotional health
  • Bone health
  • Muscle health & body composition
  • Physical function
  • Optimal nutrition

Coaching others to feel their best and live their best life is my purpose and passion in life. It is my goal to help each and every person believe in their ability and love themself throughout their wellness journey. You are worth the investment in yourself, and you don't need to do it alone.

Thank you for being here with me,

Christine Irene
