PNP Challenge is open for enrollment!

The next PNP Challenge starts on
January 6th, 2025.

The PNP Challenge is a sensible approach to building strength, optimizing energy, and breaking free from the all-or nothing mindset.

If you want to get stronger, change your body composition, stop yo-yo dieting, build healthy eating habits, and feel better mentally, this 10-week program is for you. Included in the program are strength training workouts, systematic habits, nutrition education, access to coaching app, and top-notch community and support.

“Progress, not Perfection” has been the ongoing theme since day one. It rings so loudly on this current round that it earned a permanent spot in the program title (Now the “PNP Challenge”, formerly the “Group Challenge”). This isn’t a hardcore challenge that makes you start over if you drop one ball. It’s the opposite. This program encourages breaking the all-or-nothing mindset and changing your life by practicing sustainable healthy habits. This mindset is transformative and gets results in the long run.

This upcoming PNP Challenge is a MILESTONE, being the tenth challenge round for Irene Iron Fitness. We are doing some extra things during this PNPC to celebrate, including weekly giveaways to challenge participants and live events in our private group. More details will be announced on these extra goodies, so stay nearby!

  • Undiet your mindset. Learn about food and get comfortable understanding what and why things are on your plate.
  • Get strong. Muscle is the key to healthy aging. If you’re not doing some form of strength training yet, you’re doing a huge disservice to your future self. It’s never too late to start. Start here, start now, no matter what size or fitness level you are.

Enrollment is open now. Use code TriTip to save $13 when you sign up.
